I had a really good experience here, everything was good, the location was favourable adjacent to restautants and shops, a mall and the restaurant. Rooms were well-equipped and amazingly comfortable and provided with water bottles and sanitisation products, as for instance. The staff was affable and excellent, always there to help. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were very unfriendly. I was in the well-equipped room, it was comfy. The bed here was extremely comfy. The service was excellent, that made the hotel excellent place.

The service was excellent with wonderfully helpful and very friendly staff throughout our stay. The rooms were a nice size, well-equipped, with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Bonus points for having tea and coffee making equipment, an ironing set, and a work desk in the room.

This place made our trip a real good experience with its comfy rooms and magnificent location just a 15-minute walk from the metro.

The building and interiors were impressive, with cozy and appealing furniture. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially when we arrived at 3 am. They were welcoming and explained everything well. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the views from the dining hall were great. a wonderful experience!

Excellent hotel with reasonable prices and amicable staff. Location is a short walk to a very nice shopping mall, restaurants, and the center of the city. Excellent service throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Mexico City for 3 nights. The building and interiors were beautifully designed and the furniture was both appealing and comfortable. Despite arriving at 3 am, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall that offers a variety of restaurants, a movie theater, and shops.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Isaac and the guy at the main entrance who always greeted us with a smile. The plaza comercial nearby had everything we needed. The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast and Nicole's service were delightful.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially when we arrived late at night. They were very accommodating and explained everything we needed to know.
